Combining digital art with video animation

#1
I am only a high school graduate for now and before I enter college, I thought it would be a good idea to earn through freelancing. I am not a writer so content writing can never become my forte however; I have always had a passion for drawing. Digital art is something I have always loved so I was wondering if I could combine animation and my artwork together for the creation of the best video animation production. I do not know if it is a good idea or not that is why I am here to seek the help of professional animators or artists.
